what past participants have to say

"Extremely unique program. Seriously I feel more transformed from this program than over 10 years of talk therapy.”

-malka

“I'm more in touch with my anger, and yet also feeling more compassionate towards those that I can identify supremacy patterns in; I'm able to identify the patterns and my participation in them, and able to pause and break the pattern with compassion and mindfulness. Each session gave me more context for my experience out in the world, and gave me powerful tools and paradigms for being with and transmuting challenging experiences into generative relating. This is the work we need to be doing in order to collectively move towards liberation, healing, and community connection.” ~ Addison

“I feel like I have so much more awareness of the fish bowl. I am still swimming in these waters of racialized capitalism and supremacy conditioning, but there is a greater sense of space, the beginnings of the possibility of making a different choice, including choosing to be slow and gentle and forgiving. Dive full in. You are needed here. We are all needed. Get ready to feel more and have more access to the fullness of your being. What a gift and generous offering. Let the land hold you and call you back home. You are not alone. We are not meant to do this alone.”

- kai

“What was most meaningful about my experience is doing this work in community with others! Allowing myself to be witnessed and held with others, while witnessing not being alone in the struggles that are clearly common with the human experience. Also being connected to the land at SUSU and being supported by the earth and all of the different elements. And last but absolutely not least the rituals were very powerful! In my life I have noticed being more compassionate and open with myself. This group has highly impacted my life in ways that I know of, but also in ways that I haven't been aware of yet. I have noticed how I approach my work with my therapy clients has shifted, and the ‘Musings’ have entered into my work.” ~ Kristi

this is for you if…

you feel everything deeply.

you’ve always been sensitive to the world around you—its beauty, its injustice, its weight. you care deeply about liberation, justice, and healing, but your emotions—grief, rage, shame, overwhelm—often feel like barriers instead of fuel. you want to show up fully, but something holds you back.

maybe you freeze in difficult conversations, your voice stuck. maybe burnout and withdrawal leave you unsure how to engage without losing yourself. maybe guilt about your lineage or privilege paralyzes you, unsure of how to act. maybe you long for connection but feel isolated, unsure if true belonging exists for you.

you feel the weight of oppression and long to engage in movement work but often feel overwhelmed or frozen.

you want to understand how your trauma history impacts your work, relationships, and presence in the world.

you experience oppression but also acknowledge your privilege and want space to unpack these complexities.

you are drawn to somatic practices but aren’t sure how to incorporate them into your life or how they even really help.

you struggle with conflict—shutting down, feeling flooded, or unsure how to build trust across differences.

you long to reclaim earth-based practices but aren’t sure how to do so with integrity.

you want to experience more joy and pleasure but often feel disconnected or overwhelmed.

you work with marginalized communities and want to align your values with your actions under pressure.

you’ve taken anti-oppression trainings but struggle to apply them in real life.

you are not alone

we’ve been there before, and it’s exactly why we created this program. many of us struggle to bridge the gap between our values and our embodied experience. we take trainings, read books, attend workshops—yet, when the moment comes, when tension rises, our nervous systems take over. we freeze, we fawn, we fight, we flee. Our knowledge and good intentions disappear under pressure.

what if there was another way?

the unbodying method

through years of deep work in somatics, liberation, and community healing, we developed the UNBODYING method—a practice that unbinds us from supremacy-based conditioning and reconnects us to our innate wisdom, resilience, and capacity for connection.

UNBODYING is both disruptive and restorative—a process of unraveling the tensions, protections, and patterns that supremacy culture has forced onto our bodies. it’s about reclaiming presence, connection, and sovereignty so we can face personal and collective struggles with more power, integrity, and resilience.

how the UNBODYING method works:

This isn’t another anti-racism training that stays in your head. This is an embodied process that reshapes your experience in real-time.

Are you ready to step into a new way of being… one rooted in presence, connection, and liberation?
